ATC Overlay (IVAO / VATSIM)

If you fly online via IVAO or VATSIM, you can use the ATC overlay. This shows all active Dutch ATC stations including callsign, frequency and type (Approach, Tower, Ground, etc.).

Enable IVAO or VATSIM via Settings. The ATC icon will then appear in the navigation bar. Click it to open the overview.

Note

IVAO and VATSIM cannot be active at the same time. Enabling one will automatically disable the other.

Filing a flight plan​

If you have an online network active, a button to file a flight plan will appear on the Lifeliner page.

  • IVAO — a fully completed flight plan is prepared for you. Registration, aircraft type and equipment for the chosen Lifeliner are filled in automatically.
  • VATSIM — the flight plan page opens, where you can complete the plan yourself.
