What is the Dutch Lifeliner Simulation?
The Dutch Lifeliner Simulation is a desktop app built specifically for Microsoft Flight Simulator (X, 2020 and 2024). The app connects live P2000 emergency alerts to your simulator, letting you accurately recreate how the real Lifeliner helicopters operate in the Netherlands.
You select one of the three active Lifeliner bases (Amsterdam, Rotterdam or Volkel), accept a real or automatically offered alert, fly to the incident, treat the patient and return to base — exactly as it happens in real life.
The app integrates directly with your simulator via SimConnect, so your flight behaviour (position, altitude, landing speed) is tracked in real time.
The app includes three of the four Dutch Lifeliner bases. Lifeliner 4 in Groningen is not included because that base does not use the P2000 system in a way that can be filtered — real alert data for that helicopter is therefore unavailable.
The app consists of two parts: the desktop application (the central hub that controls everything) and the EFB web version that you can use in the cockpit of the HPG H145. You don't have to use both at the same time, but together they provide the most complete experience.
