Requirements & Installation

What do you need?​

  • Microsoft Flight Simulator X, 2020 or 2024
  • The HPG H145 (recommended for the EFB web version, but not required)
  • An active internet connection (for live P2000 data, maps and ATC)
  • Windows 10 or higher

Installation​

The addon can be downloaded for the first time from flightsim.to. After installation, the app automatically checks for updates and you can download and install new versions directly from within the app — no further action required on your part.

Important during installation

Make sure your simulator is not running during installation, otherwise the EFB bookmark will not be correctly placed in the HPG H145.

After installation, the order is reversed: start the simulator first and make sure you are in an aircraft, then open the Trauma Helicopter app. This allows SimConnect to connect immediately and ensures everything works correctly.
