Navigation
After accepting an alert, the navigation screen opens. This shows you:
| Data | Description |
|---|---|
| Heading | Magnetic heading in degrees to the incident, continuously updated based on your current position |
| Distance | In nautical miles, also continuously updated |
| ETA | Estimated flight time |
| Map | Showing your base, the incident and a landing circle |
The app automatically determines the coordinates of the incident via the location text in the P2000 alert. Sometimes the location cannot be found precisely — in that case an orange notification is shown and an estimate is used.
Note
Heading and distance are calculated based on your GPS position in the simulator. Make sure SimConnect is active (the app reports this automatically) for correct navigation data.
