The three Lifeliners
The Netherlands has four active HEMS bases, three of which are included in the app:

Lifeliner 4 (Groningen) not available
Lifeliner 4 is not included in the app. This base does not use the P2000 system in a way that can be filtered, meaning real dispatch data for this helicopter is unavailable.
Click one of the three Lifeliners to open the dispatch screen. The app automatically loads the live P2000 incidents relevant to that base. If you have an online network enabled (IVAO or VATSIM), a flight plan button will also appear — see ATC overlay.
