Requirements & installation

What do you need?​

  • Microsoft Flight Simulator X, 2020, or 2024
  • The HPG H145 (recommended for the EFB web version, but not required)
  • An active internet connection (for live P2000 data, maps, and ATC)
  • Windows 10 or later

Installation​

The addon is available for first-time download on flightsim.to. After installation, the app checks for updates automatically — new versions can be downloaded and installed directly from within the app.

Important during installation

Make sure your simulator is not running during installation, otherwise the EFB bookmark won't be placed correctly in the HPG H145.

After installation, always start the simulator first and make sure you're in an aircraft, then open the Traumahelikopter app. This ensures SimConnect connects immediately and everything works correctly.
